Health and Wellbeing Festivals

In December we hosted our first Health and Wellbeing festivals with the help of leaders and staff from the Tigers Community. We welcomed 120 children for our first 2 festivals who took part in a warm up, 8 different stations and a cool down all based around physical activity, healthy eating and mental health. The children got to meet our mascot 'Active Anita', and had great fun whilst learning about living a healthy & active lifestyle.

Activities included:

• Yoga
• Smoothie Bike
• Mindfulness
• Boxercise
